Hi, I’m John Jablowski, Jr., Manager of Tobyhanna Township, Pennsylvania, and I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you to this great community, the perfect place to live, to shop, and to play. Located in the heart of the Pocono Plateau, Tobyhanna Township offers an abundance of parks and trails to enjoy while you take in the great outdoors. Tobyhanna Township’s economic development is booming as more small and large businesses set up shop here. Tourism is growing as well, thanks to the charming villages and gorgeous scenic areas. Experiential Tourism

No matter what brings you to the area, you’ll find there’s plenty to see and explore in Tobyhanna Township in the Pocono Plateau. In the winter, visit for skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and more at Camelback, Jack Frost, and Big Boulder ski resorts.

During the warmer months, visitors can explore over 28 miles of trails along the Pocono Bike and Hike Trail System. Economic Development

Economic development booming here in Tobyhanna Township and throughout the Pocono Plateau, with many large and small businesses now calling this great region home. The Pocono Springs Entertainment Village project is creating 3,200 new jobs and will be a huge boost to the local economy by bringing millions of visitors to the region. American Tire Distributors recently selected Tobyhanna Township as the home of its new eastern United States distribution center, bringing more jobs to the area.
