Notice is hereby given, that in order to insure the public safety during the COVID-19 crisis the June 8, 2020 meeting of the Tobyhanna Township Neighborhood Improvement District Authority will be held at 6:00 PM by audio and video conferencing.
The public is invited to log on or phone in to the virtual meeting. Public comment will be taken by email during and before the meeting, by phone during the meeting, or as part of the video conferencing. Details on how to phone in to the meeting or log in to the video conference are posted on the Tobyhanna Township website at https://tobyhannatownshippa.gov/ and the front door of the Tobyhanna Township Municipal Building. Interested parties who wish to participate in the meeting via video conferencing should log onto the GotoMeeting website at https://global.gotomeeting.com/ and use the following code to log-in 393226597. Interested parties who wish to participate in the meeting via telephone should call: 1(669) 224-3412, and when prompted input the access code: 393-226-597. Anyone may submit a comment via e-mail by sending it to: acanfield@tobyhannatwppa.gov. The meeting agenda will be posted on the Township website and the front door of the Tobyhanna Township Municipal Building on Monday, June 1, 2020. The Neighborhood Improvement District Authority will conduct business on the agenda and whatever other business comes before it. All interested parties are invited to participate.
